İncili Gastronomy Guide – Two Pearl Restaurants
İncili Gastronomy Guide – Two Pearl Restaurants
Prepared through the collaboration of Hürriyet Newspaper, Karaca, and Jumbo, Turkey’s first comprehensive restaurant guide, the İncili Gastronomy Guide, has taken its place on bookstore shelves.
This year’s edition features 573 restaurants and 510 culinary spots from eight cities: Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa, Gaziantep, Adana, and Muğla, including many newly added restaurants and destinations.
At the award ceremony held on November 24 at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, plaques were presented to 22 restaurants awarded Five Pearls and 97 restaurants awarded Four Pearls.
As we all know, regardless of the number of Pearls awarded, all restaurants included in the guide—across different categories—are highly valuable establishments that successfully achieve a balance of ingredient quality, flavor, hygiene, and price-performance.
However, due to logistical constraints, we were unfortunately unable to invite 454 restaurants to the ceremony this year, comprising 182 Three-Pearl, 187 Two-Pearl, and 85 One-Pearl restaurants. We hope to find a solution for this in the coming years. Nevertheless, their plaques and copies of the İncili Gastronomy Guide 2025–2026 have been sent to them.
We previously shared the Three-Pearl Restaurants List on December 8 and 9.
Today, we are delighted to present the Istanbul Two-Pearl Restaurants List.
Tomorrow, we will publish the Two-Pearl lists for all other cities.
On Monday, December 22, it will be time to unveil all our One-Pearl Restaurants.
We wish you enjoyable and inspiring culinary discoveries.
